I have led teams of people for over 30 years. I have been the Executive Pastor at Crossroads Church in Cincinnati for 19 years, one of the largest and fastest growing churches in America. Crossroads has a staff of over 350 people known for innovation and creativity. Prior to working at Crossroads, I was in Brand Management and Financial Management at Procter & Gamble. I have my MBA from the University of Chicago with concentrations in finance, accounting, and statistics. I have a BS in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a concentration in marketing.
